CFHTLS VVDS Oct07

The CFHT Legacy Survey and SWIRE observations for October 2007 targets galaxies detected the optical/IR imaging. These masks cover the XMM field near RA=3hr, and target the VVDS spectroscopy in that area. Priorities are:

  1. CFHT_CALIB (109): F stars (from the optical imaging)
  2. VVDS_SPEC (209): Rank 3 or higher VVDS redshifts, i < 22.5
  3. VVDS_SPEC_FAINT (309): Rank 3 or higher VVDS redshifts, i > 22.5
  4. VVDS_RANK1, VVDS_RANK2, VVDS_ONELINE (409): Rank 1 or 2, or single-line VVDS sources
  5. CFHT_BRIGHT (509): CFHTLS sources (as selected by CFHTLS_XMM_Oct07, i < 22.5) for filler
  6. CFHT_FAINT (609): CFHTLS sources (as selected by CFHTLS_XMM_Oct07, i > 22.5) for filler
