This is a page about the PRIMUS project.

These masks represent the continuation of our efforts to observe the COSMOS field based on the ACS I-band imaging mosaic that has been released. The target selection from the Cosmos v1a May06 observations have not changed at all, so target selection details can be found in that reference.

The main change for the COSMOS_B obsevatons includes the addition of the photometry for the full COSMOS field rather than just the central square degree. Furthermore, as was the case for all of the post-Fall 2006 masks, these masks were designed with a larger nod and shuffle configuration to add extrac buffer between the spectral traces.
