NOTES
All the catalogs are in $PRIMUS_DATA/photo or $PRIMUS_DATA/photo/bgt. The details of the catalogs could be found below. Please comment and update them if you could! -- Gz323 15:06, 17 July 2008 (EDT)
The catalogs will be merged into a fits file for each primus mask through primus_photo_merge.pro so that it could be read out at the same time when the slits/extractions data is read out with primus_read_1dinput.pro. The code has not been fully tested yet. I will also keep problems or comments updated here. -- Gz323 19:07, 17 July 2008 (EDT)
Rerun 001 of primus_photo_merge is running now, for all the observed masks in primus_observed_masks.par. The files are under $PRIMUS_DATA/photo/merged/. Note the merged file is parallel with 1d slits file! -- Gz323 19:23, 18 July 2008 (EDT)
Rerun 001 is done for all the masks except for cosb0237, which I was not able to read out the slits file and I don't know why. We probably want to add the original magnitudes into the output structure in the next rerun. We also have a lot of vetting to do and a lot more information to collect. -- Gz323 16:26, 20 July 2008 (EDT)
Rerun 002 is running, for all the observed masks except for cosb0237. Difference from Rerun 001: 1). CFHTLS Magnitudes are already AB magnitudes in the catalogs, so I killed the AB conversion. 2). SXDS added to XMM_LSS field -- Gz323 18:34, 8 August 2008 (EDT)
DEEP2
DEEP2 provides BRI (AB) photometry in four fields based on imaging with the CFHT/CFH12K camera. The DEEP2 photometric catalogs were downloaded from the DEEP2/DR1 website and are described in Coil et al. 2004 and at the DEEP2/DR1 photo primer website. Note that we are only interested in the 23hr (field 3) and 02hr (field 4) fields. The DEEP2 filter response functions have been integrated into K-correct (and account for the telescope+instrument+atmospheric transmission), but are also described at the DEEP2/DR1 website.

Whoever downloaded that catalog please fill in the information here! Thanks! -- Gz323 18:36, 17 July 2008 (EDT)

CDFS
Our principal source of photometric catalogs for the CDFS are SWIRE (see also IPAC/IRSA) and COMBO-17.
In addition to imaging with Spitzer, SWIRE also provides UgriZ photometry based on observations with the INT/WFC (see Sec 5.2 in the SWIRE/DR2 Document). (Note by Moustakas: it is not clear whether the optical SWIRE/CDFS observations are ugriz (SDSS) from the CTIO/MOSAIC-II camera, or UgriZ from the INT/WFC. Lonsdale et al. 2003, Table 7 indicate the former, while the PRIMUS mask designs, e.g., CDFS_SWIRE_B_Oct06, suggest the latter. Unfortunately, although the optical CDFS catalogs are available, there is no supporting documentation.) Finally, there may also be available LCO/WIRC to K=20.5 somewhere.
Catalog 1: COMBO-17

A fairly detailed description of all the available multi-wavelength data (GALEX, XMM, etc.) are given at the ESIS website.

But as fas as we know, that Gunn_Stryker stellar spetra are not accurate at all. (README)
